• Memberships are subject to a 3 month minimum subscription period with the first month being free. We have a 14 day ‘cooling off period’ if you change your mind.

  • We ask that you cancel within 4 hours of a class for a returned class credit or refund. If the 4 hour time limit has passed, please still cancel if you can not attend, but be aware you not be refunded.

    As a member, you can accrue ‘strikes’ which will lead to a £15 penalty if you have 3 late cancels or no shows are accrued in a 30 day period.

  • Members can pause their membership once per year for up to three months. Contact us at hello@e7movement.com

  • If you would like to cancel a membership, we require a four week notice period from the date that you request the cancellation.

    Once logged in, select 'My Account', then 'Memberships' on the vertical 'Details' menu. To the right of the membership you'd like to cancel, click 'Details' then 'Cancel Membership'.

  • If a course has started and you would like to join, contact us and if there is availability, we can add you to the course on a pay-as-you-go basis.

  • If a class is full you can choose to join the class waitlist. If someone cancels their booking, the class will be offered to the waitlist in order of sign up. You will have a 1 hour window to accept before the class will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.

    There is a 'Nightly blackout' between 23:00 and 6am. This means waitlist spots do not expire during the nightly blackout period. Also, as our cancellation cut off is 4 hours before a class, it means that you would have to cancel your class spot for a 7am class before 8pm the night before. If the cancellation cut off or waitlist spot expiration doesn't fall into the blackout period it's unaffected by the blackout period entirely.

  • Our class packs can be used within six weeks of purchase.

  • We suggest booking to guarantee a place in a class, however, if you turn up and there is space, you are more than welcome to join the class, whether you are a member, have a valid class pass, or would like to pay for a single class. We only accept card payments on site.

  • No you don’t. All the equipment required during the classes will be provided.
