TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully as these constitute our legal contract with you. By booking classes, courses or workshops with us, or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Please refer back to these Terms from time to time as they may change (and we reserve the right to do so).

In these Terms:

- We, us, our means E7 Movement Ltd (Company Number 14663584, registered address 57 Godwin Road, London E7 0LF), trading as E7 Movement.
- You, your, yours means you, the client.

1. Important Information About Data Protection

We collect and process certain personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

2. Health and Safety

Our classes, courses, and workshops involve physical activity. Please consult your doctor before participating. By attending, you confirm that you will use our facilities responsibly, comply with our Health and Safety Statement, and follow our reasonable instructions at all times.

3. Your Account with Us

To book classes, courses or workshops, you must create an account at www.e7movement.com. You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings at E7 Movement.

4. Classes, Courses, Workshops and Use of Premises

  • All classes, courses, and workshops (and instructors) are subject to change. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

  • You must follow any additional rules we provide relating to the class, course, workshop, or use of our facilities.

  • We reserve the right to refuse access or suspend/terminate your account if you breach these Terms or behave in a way that is inappropriate, aggressive, or damaging to our customers, staff, or reputation. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Types of Membership

We offer several membership options:

Pay-as-you-go: Purchase individual classes at the listed rate.
Packs: Purchase bundles of credits at discounted rates, with expiry dates shown on our website.
Founder Membership: Available to our first 50 members, includes unlimited classes per month. Minimum 3-month term.
Unlimited Memberships: Includes Full, Buddy, and Sauna - Monthly memberships with unlimited classes/sessions each month. Minimum 3-month term. 

Half Memberships: 4 x classes/sessions per month. Minimum 3-month term. 

Annual Membership: Upfront payment for unlimited classes/sessions. 12 month term. 

6. Payment Terms

  • Payments are made securely online by debit or credit card.

  • Failed payments must be resolved within 48 hours or your membership may be cancelled.

  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by law.

7. Cooling-Off Period

If you purchase classes, courses, workshops, or memberships online, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase unless you have already attended a class. Refunds will be processed accordingly.

8. Booking and Cancellations

  • Classes may be changed or cancelled up to 4 hours before the start time (48 hours for workshops or events).

  • Classes may be changed or cancelled up to 4 hours before the start time (48 hours for workshops or events). Cancellations made within 4 hours are classed as late cancels and are non-refundable. A nightly blackout operates between 23:00 and 06:00, during which cancellation cut-offs and waitlist expirations are paused.

  • If you are more than 5 minutes late, you may not be permitted to join for safety reasons.

  • If you no-show or late-cancel three times in a row, you will incur a penalty charge of £15 to cover the cost of unused class space. Continued no-shows or late cancellations may also result in temporary suspension of your membership.

9. Waitlist Policy

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. When a space becomes available, it will be offered to waitlisted members in order of sign-up, who will have 1 hour to accept before it is offered to the next person.

As previously mentioned, a nightly blackout operates between 23:00 and 06:00, during which waitlist offers do not expire. As our class cancellation cut-off is 4 hours before the scheduled start time, for early classes (e.g. 7am) you must cancel before 8pm the night before.

10. If We Cancel Your Booking

If we cancel a class, course, or workshop, we will notify you and either refund your account with a credit or offer to transfer you to another session.

11. Liability

We are responsible only for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our negligence or breach of these Terms. We are not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage caused by your own actions or by third parties;

  • Loss or theft of your belongings while on our premises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or injury caused by negligence or fraud.

12. Membership Fee Changes

Membership fees may be reviewed and changed periodically. After your minimum term, ongoing memberships renew at the prevailing rate unless you give at least 30 days’ written notice to cancel.

13. Membership Freezes and Pauses

Members may request a temporary freeze due to medical reasons, pregnancy, or personal reasons (maximum 3 months, once every 12 months). Requests must be made in writing by email before the billing date and cannot be backdated. Approval is at our discretion.

14. Outdoor or Off-Site Classes

Participation in outdoor or off-site classes is at your own risk. Please ensure you are fit to take part, dress appropriately for the weather, and follow instructor guidance.

15. Promotional Offers

We may run promotions, prize draws, or special offers from time to time.

  • We reserve the right to end or amend any promotion without notice.

  • Misuse (including multiple accounts or self-referrals) may result in withdrawal of the offer and suspension of your account.

16. Discount Codes

Discount codes may be subject to additional terms and may apply only to specific sessions.
We reserve the right to withdraw any discount code at any time in cases of misuse or unfair advantage.

17. Communication

18. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (including fire, flood, pandemic, war, strikes, or IT failures).
If our studio is closed for 15 days or more due to such events, memberships will be frozen until reopening.

19. Waiver

Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and E7 Movement Ltd and supersede any previous agreements.

22. Third Party Rights

No person other than you and E7 Movement Ltd has the right to enforce any of these Terms.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
